With several years of experience serving diverse communities across Hawai‘i, Kim has developed expertise in trauma-informed care, case management, and navigating complex support systems.

Before transitioning to immigration services, Kim worked at Maximum Legal Services Corporation, where she collaborated with attorneys to provide fiduciary and legal services to older adults, individuals with disabilities, and others in need. In this role, she managed complex caseloads, advocated for clients' needs, and delivered comprehensive support to individuals facing cognitive and social-emotional challenges.

Kim’s dedication to immigration services stems from a deeply personal connection to the field. She is committed to fostering hope and stability by providing critical resources and support to youth, empowering them to overcome barriers and thrive.
